0745 Medical handover
0815 Start ward round
0835 Finished ward round, consultant arrives
0845 Finished consultant ward round, go for coffee
0915 Back on the ward, discharge scripts done for tomorrow's discharges
0920 My registrar announces that he will be taking his half day off unofficially and drive back to Melbourne to visit his wife
1200 Finished calling cardiologist, nephrologist and successfully sent a patient to his new nursing home
1230 Went for lunch
1300 Organised bloods for tomorrow, home

Pager is still on at the moment, praying that I won't get paged about the 5 patients I have on the ward =) Planning to go back at 1645 to handover nothing to the evening HMO.

However, my team is on take today so tomorrow will not be as pleasant.
